Professor Green talks to Radio One after taking Millie Mackintosh to iLL Manors premiere

Rapper Pro Green had a little chat with Radio One today ahead of his live lounge performance tomorrow at the Hackney Academy.

He will be the first of many musical talents who will make an appearance at the academy to share their experiences and give master classes to youngsters.

It’s not the only thing he’s been doing to support his ‘ends’ and home grown talent. Last night he attended the premiere of iLL Manors alongside his Made In Chelsea girlfriend Millie Mackintosh.

The film was written and directed by Pro Green’s pal Ben Drew, aka Plan B (who is an ambassador of the Hackney Academy) and tells the true story of the gritty streets of London. Millie was prob totes confused by it all.

The couple were joined at the premiere by Tinie Tempah, Ed Sheeran and Alesha Dixon who was wearing impossibly short shorts.

Kim Kardashian apologises to India over curry comments

Having practically sparked off a full-scale international crisis, Kim Kardashian has had to apologise to the people of India for saying she hates their cuisine.

The reality star made the comments on her TV show in the US last night, and took to her official site a short time later following a Twitter backlash to say sorry for offending anyone, and also to explain herself. In her statement she said her sentiments on Indian cuisine were in no way a reflection of her feelings about the country:

"I said that I thought Indian food was disgusting. In NO way was this intended as an insult to the Indian people or their culture” said Kim digging herself into a deeper hole.

She then added that food from her own Armenian background leaves her equally disgusted.

“This is just my own personal taste. There are definitely some Armenian foods that I personally find disgusting, but that doesn't reflect my opinions on other Armenian people or my culture."

So there you have it; Kim Kardashian is not a racist just unadventurous with her food.

Parents-to-be Anna Paquin & Stephen Moyer arrive for True Blood premiere

Having recently announced they’re expecting their first child together Vampire Bill and Sookie (aka Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer) arrived for the season five premiere of True Blood yesterday.

The pair met and fell in love while filming the show and married two years later. As yet Anna’s only got the tiniest hint of a bump, but speaking about her pregnancy at the screening last night Stephen (who’s already got two kids from a previous marriage) said:

"It's always amazing. I love my kids so much. And I think that the fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun."

Frankly if we were going to choose a vampire to bed down with we’d have wong with Eric (aka hot Swedish True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård) but hey, each to their own.

Little Mix confirm the name of their first single Wings

The X Factor auditions have already begun for this year’s show, so it’s about time really that last year’s winners Little Mix released a little something something.

The group have confirmed that the title of their first proper single is Wings and you will be able to catch a preview of it on tomorrow evening’s Alan Carr: Chatty Man.

We actually have no idea what to expect from it, will it be slow, will it be fast, will it be poppy? Any of you got any ideas?

The gals have also revealed that they co-wrote their new single and have worked closely with songwriters on their debut album. We’re impressed.

There’s no official release date for Wings as of yet, but were guessing it’s pretty soon and then it won’t be long until the whole palaver starts again for this year’s winner. Oh joy.

Anne Hathaway outdoes SuBo singing on Les Miserables trailer

We’ve actually had to watch the trailer for Les Miserables three times to take it in.

The first time we couldn’t get our heads around the fact that Anne Hathaway is singing and it’s bloody amazing (she’s singing I Dreamed A Dream, which Susan Boyle famously covered).

The second time we were mesmerised by her shaved head and then the third time we got the chance to take it all in, in all it’s glory.

And all it’s glory is really rather magnificent, for a start there’s a plethora of famous faces – Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried and Eddie Redmayne. 

Don’t even get us started on the epic looking set (it’s directed by The King’s Speech director Tom Hooper so we’re not too surprised).

We bet Anne Hathaway wins an Oscar for this, just wanted to get that in first.

Dominic Monaghan claims Lost co-star Matthew Fox beats women

We don’t normally pay much attention to Lost actor Dominic Monaghan but it seems he is causing quite the stir in the Twittersphere at the moment.

The actor has accused his co-star Matthew Fox of being violent towards women in an exchange with a fan on Twitter.

On Sunday the fan asked him to urge Matthew to join Twitter, to which he replied: 'He beats women. No thanks,'

Whoa there, what did he just say? We thought at first he was joking, although it would be a pretty stupid gag, but it seems he wasn’t.

The obviously surprised fan responded: 'I KNOW IT WAS WRONG BUT WHAT?! What about all those good times you had together?!'

He replied: 'How did you know we ever did? You don't know either of us. He beats women. Not isolated incidents. Often. Not interested.'

Blimey, at this point others started getting involved telling him to stop before he was hit with a lawsuit or something but he wasn’t having any of that, writing: “and it's very difficult to sue someone for speaking the truth. Have you received an education dear?”

Oh wow, so far there’s been no word from Matthew or any of his camp.

Last year Matthew was accused of assaulting a female bus driver who claimed he punched her in the breast and stomach area and last month he was charged with driving under the influence and without a licence.

Sounds like the guy is a little ‘lost’ to us. Sorry.

Well, Gary Barlow certainly seems happy to have Nicole Scherzinger on the X Factor panel

Former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger is the latest in the line of women Simon Cowell has roped in to play at being judge on the X Factor.

And judging by this picture Gary Barlow tweeted a short while ago, he’s pretty happy with the new edition.  He wrote: “Having a great time with @NicoleScherzy at X auditions.”

Nicole is no stranger to the X Factor panel though, oh no. The singer stood in for Cheryl Cole in the 2010 series and then again last year when Chezza was sacked from the US version of the show.

It’s probably getting pretty annoying for Nicole being wheeled out every now and again. For god’s sake Simon just give her a full time job, what’s a girl gotta do? Oh we know.

Never mind, she seems happy enough jumping in everyone else’s seats before they’re even cold.

We wonder if Gary gives her the two thumbs up (which he just did) Simon will let her stay? Look at his happy goofy face, how could Simon deprive him of what he wants?

TOWIEs Lauren Goodger shows off her dramatic weight loss in Marbella

We all know the TOWIE lot abide by the ‘no carbs before Marbs’ rule but it seems one cast member, Lauren Goodger, has taken it a step further.

The reality star tweeted a picture of her newly slimmed down body, accompanied by the caption: “Sweatinghell.”

Putting aside her slightly annoying pout and the fact she is wearing a crop top we’re impressed by Lozza’s new body.

Lauren has famously battled with her weight during her time on the show and after a holiday in Miami at the beginning of the year when some particularly unflattering pictures of her circulated, she vowed to shed some serious pounds.

At the time she said: 'I want something quick because I'm going away again soon. I want to go to Marbella and Ibiza and when I'm walking around I want everyone to go, "My God, have you seen Lauren?" '

Well, it’s great advertisement for the Cambridge Weight Plan, the diet she has been following, isn’t it? We’re guessing she’ll be the face of it before long.

Stacey Solomon shares first picture of her new baby with her followers

Celebrities usually share the first pictures of their baby with a celeb magazine of some variety, but Stacey Solomon has shunned that approach in favour of a far simpler one.

She Tweeted the first public picture of baby Leighton a short time ago, with her other son Zachary posing next to him. She simply said 'enjoying the sun!' alongside the snap.

We don’t often find newborns cute but we have to say Stacey’s little one is a winner.

The reality star also admitted this week that giving birth to Leighton was like “a dream”. She said:

'I was back home and in my own bed that evening. It was as if I’d just gone to the shops and come back with a baby.'

She makes it sound as easy as whipping up some spag bol doesn’t she?

Even Victoria Beckham thinks she looks miserable in pictures

Inside Victoria Beckham there’s a happy person dying to get out, or at least that’s what we’re led to believe by the designer in this latest interview.

She’s admitted she “created” a “miserable” persona, and though it sometimes annoys her that people see her as that she doesn’t really mind because she’s actually happy.

'Yes, I created this persona and I’m very different from that,' Victoria told German magazine Interview.

'I don’t feel like I have to scream and shout about it - I know I am a happy person. So I don’t get upset when people comment on the fact that I look quite miserable all the time.

'But people think I am. And you know, sometimes I think the same thing when I look at the pictures.'

So if she knows people thinks she looks miserable, and if she thinks she looks miserable, and if that grates her doesn’t that beg the question – why doesn’t she just friggin’ smile?!

It doesn’t look like she’s going to make a start doing that anytime soon; in her accompanying photoshoot with Interview magazine she’s kept her mouth covered in every picture. Must’ve been trying to cover a cold sore or something.

Kelly Rowland lands in the UK amid speculation shell be doing a stint on the X Factor

There’s been rumour after rumour during the X Factor judge saga and now Kelly Rowland has added fuel to the fire by arriving in Blighty.

Ya’ll remember that the singer appeared as a judge on the show last year but she made it very clear months ago that she wouldn’t be returning.

Of course since then they still haven’t found anyone to replace her as the fourth judge.

Every Tom, Dick and Harry has been giving it a go in the meantime, well every Geri, Leona and Rita we should say.

And now it’s been confirmed that Nicole Scherzinger is set to be the latest guest judge, really? Bloody hell, who else is going to be pulled out of the bag? This is getting ludicrous; let’s just hope they don’t get desperate enough to ask Alexandra Burke again.

So back to the point, it’s not surprising that people are speculating that Kelly’s arrival has something to do with the show.

We don’t want to be spoil sports but we think she might just be here for the Glamour Awards that take place tonight.  Sorry.

A while back we showed you stills from a video of David Beckham doing his thang for Elle.

Now we’ve got the real deal and let us tell you he looks even hotter in better quality.

The sportsman, family man and all round good guy graces the cover of Elle magazine this month and has the honour of being the first solo male to do so.

According to the Editor-in-chief of the mag, Lorraine Candy : ‘David Beckham is a national hero... He is an icon and Elle is known for featuring icons on its cover. This is a first for us on the newsstand and I believe he is loved by men and women alike.

‘Anyway, who doesn’t want to see a picture of one of the world’s most handsome men on the front cover of a magazine? It will be a collector’s issue.’

Bit much love, we think someone has a little soft spot for the guy, don’t you?

To be fair Becks does look alright with his top off doused in water, although why he’s wearing wet jeans is beyond us, we all know how uncomfortable they are.

Cynthia Nixon marries her long-term girlfriend

Miranda had a same-Sex & the City marriage yesterday when she tied-the-knot with her long-term girlfriend Christine Marinoni.

The actress wedded her partner in New York where gay marriage were legalised last year, in a statement her spokesperson said:

‘On May 27, 2012, Cynthia Nixon and her girlfriend, Christine Marinoni, were legally married in the state of New York. Nixon wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera.'

The couple raise three kids together; a 15-month-old as well as Cynthia Nixon’s two children from a previous marriage who are 10 and 16.

Well it looks like Madonna is planning on taking the mickey out of Lady Gaga during her Israel concert

Clever ol’ Madonna is the queen of taking swipes at people rather subtly, isn’t she?

Some rather brave person sneakily filmed Madge as she rehearsed in Israel for her upcoming gig there and then they put it online so we can all see her true colours.

In the video Madonna is heard singing the lyrics to Lady Gaga’s Born This Way as she performs her own tune Express Yourself.

But why is this being interpreted as dig? Well you’ll probably remember that when Lady Gaga’s Born This Way came out most people agreed it sounded suspiciously similar to Madonna’s classic song.  

At the time Gaga said comparisons were "retarded" before quickly said sorry for using that word. Madonna on the other hand, said this: "I thought, 'What a wonderful way to redo my song'. I mean, I recognised the chord changes. I thought it was… interesting."

Oh we love it when a feud is reignited, don’t you?  Take a look at the video for yourself and let us know what you think.

It could just be Madge paying homage to Gaga but knowing the Queen of Pop there’s probs a bit more behind it.

Look who is todays guest judge on The X Factorits Rita Ora

As the judge saga continues on The X Factor a whole host of famous faces have been filling the boots of the fourth judge during the audition stage, which kicked off last week.

Today it’s the lovely Rita Ora, who we would call Britain’s answer to Rihanna but that’s probably wearing a little thin for her.

A short while ago Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack tweeted a picture of herself chatting to the singer outside The O2 Arena where auditions are taking place today.

Rita chose to wear an interesting white suit ensemble for her first day on the panel. A while back we reported that Simon Cowell was desperate to get his mitts on Rita for the panel and it looks like he’s managed it.

The question is will Rita meet the requirements of being a judge? Will she succeed where Geri Halliwell and Leona Lewis failed before? Will she be offered a more permanent role? Argh, so many questions and so little time.

Well, it looks like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have got to that point in their relationship where they have a couples photo shoot and then share the pictures with their friends on Twitter and Facebook, you know that stage right?

No? Oh yes that’s because it doesn’t bloody happen. Casually having pictures taken of you and your missus for no apparent reason other than to show off is just plain weird, particularly when you haven’t been together that long.

A short while Kanye, who we all know is a bit of a maverick, uploaded a few pictures to Twitter.

There are two of him and Kim in an intimate pose, with dark, sultry shadows and the other is just of Kim in a very low cut top.

We had kind of thought Kim would have learnt her lesson about letting boyfriends photograph or film her but clearly not. That girl is a slut for the camera.

The X Factor judges want Sharon Osbourne to come back

Really? So we’ve done a full cycle now haven’t we? This X Factor judge drama is really starting to drag.

After both Geri Halliwell and Leona Lewis failed miserably (we knew they would) as temporary judges, the three permanent judges have made a plea to bring Sharon Osbourne back.

Tulisa said: “I’d love Sharon Osbourne to come back. She’s the female boss.”

Louis Walsh added: “I’d love Sharon to come back too. I’ve always had so much fun with her.”

Even Gary agrees: “Sharon isn’t a stupid suggestion. She’d be amazing.”

After seeing Geri’s performance Gary said: “She was quiet, she didn’t have a lot to say for herself.”

Geri quiet? Are we talking about the same person? Anyway quiet or not he basically thought she was crap, didn’t he?

So, what do you think? Will Sharon make a return? Nah we doubt it but we are seriously wondering when someone will get picked, it’ll be the end of the series before they get one at this rate.

Lady Gaga officially cancels her concert in Jakarta

It’s been one of those will she/ won’t she situations whether Lady Gaga will play in Jakarta but a short while ago she confirmed she won’t be.

The singer’s management team announced today that there were major security concerns regarding the gig that was supposed to take place on June 3rd.

Gaga herself is reportedly terrified that Islamic extremists would attack her because they don’t agree with her risqué costumes and dance moves.

Despite her fears the singer wasn’t actually even given a permit for the show so it would have been very difficult for her to go ahead even if she wanted to.

Lady Gaga took to Twitter to apologise to her fans: "I'm so very sorry to the fans and just as devastated as you if not more. You are everything to me. I will try to put together something special for you. My love for Indonesia has only grown."

We wonder what the something special will be? Maybe she’ll do a secret show in disguise? Actually there’s no chance, it’ll probs just be a DVD or something.

Engelbert Humperdinck narrowly avoids coming last in the Eurovision song contest

Last night crooner Engelbert Humperdinck sang his way into second to last place during the 57^th Eurovision Song Contest which took place in Azerbaijan  last night.

As the UK’s entry the crooner hoped to break the curse of opening acts failing to win but unfortunately his song choice, Love Will Set You Free, just wasn’t a winner.

Despite wearing a lucky mascot (a necklace Elvis, yes Elvis gave him), he wasn’t even near the winning countries.  To be honest we all knew a 76-year-old who used to be vaguely popular wasn’t going to get us anywhere.

In the end it was Loreen from Sweden who won the contest with a tune called Euphoria.

Meanwhile Jedward, who were performing for Ireland, ditched their trade mark quiffs but kept their out of time dance moves and terrible singing. They still managed to beat the UK though coming in 19^th. We’re vaguely impressed.

Gary Barlow & Simon Cowell have cleared the air thankfully

As is well documented now, Simon Cowell was pretty unsatisfied with the last series of the UK X Factor and criticised several elements of it, including Gary Barlow’s judging skills, which he labelled as “wooden.”

Mind you, he couldn’t have found the singer’s talents on the programme too objectionable as he’s hired him to act as a judge again.

The two had a face-to-face chat recently where they cleared the air over tension between them. Gary, who was spotted making his way to the BBC studios for an interview earlier, revealed:

“I had a big review with Simon about the show and the acts. He never talks about what you say as a judge he’s always about the acts.

"He says we’ve got to find more stars, we’ve got to develop them, we’ve got to look back at the tapes from last year and see if there are people we’ve missed.

“It’s always about the talent. It’s the same reason I’m here for, finding talent, especially on X Factor where people walk from the streets and everyone gets a chance with us.

“The idea that we can walk out and half an hour later this amazing talent walks onto the stage - that’s why I am here.”

Gary also added that allowing people to do the show who have management deals will up the ante in the competition.

“I think it will have a good effect because I’m expecting the level of talent to go up” he explained.

“That means the people who do walk off the street and have to compete with that talent have to learn quickly.”

Yeah, but is that really what X Factor is supposed to be “about”? Or are they just trying to keep up with The Voice now?

Alex Reid releases statement about Chantelle Houghton, leaves everyone confused

You’ve probably lost track of what’s gone on between Chantelle Houghton and Alex Reid lately haven’t you?

Or, more to the point you’ve just stopped caring, right? We can relate to that.

So, we’ll be brief in our explanation about the latest turn of events in their love life. As we know, for some reason Chantelle Houghton left the home she shares with Alex recently and moved back into her old flat, which she confirmed in her column.

Since then the reality star said she was trying to sort things out between them and had only taken a “few days out” from him.

This week though Chants has apparently been pictured leaving her flat alone looking rather glum. For some reason Alex Reid has tried to deny that his fiancé is still living separately from him, saying:

'Just read more lies in the mail on line! @chantellehought is pictured coming out of r new joint home,not flat & they say she us living elsewhere. It is exactly this sort of journalism which is causing the stress & grief. I turned up at m home 2b greeted by 3paps who had made @chantellehought actually cry. Surely there had to be sum laws against th harassment?My poor girl wad even frightened 2 take the bin out.'

He than released an equally bizarre statement about an alleged source who's apparently been trying to sell a story about Chantelle's reason for leaving him. Purporting to be written by his “management” it read:

“Whoever created this story must be high  on something themselves, and their PR for risking their professional reputation to release such nonsense.   Alex and his management are utterly bemused by the shocking bad lies being rumoured about his private life and surprisingly can confirm they are untrue.  “A reliable source” has apparently approached every newspaper and magazine with the “shockingly funny” story.  Alex says”We have never laughed so much, we were in fits of laughter, it’s such a funny funny story, hilarious in fact!  Hahahaha!  We were rolling around the floor laughing hahaha!  We would like to invite the “Reliable Source” to have drinks with us so he or she can tell us more of their funny funny hilarious stories, we will pay them to do a PA for us, brilliant stuff,  next!!!!”

Yes that totally sounds like the sort of professional statement a management agency would release doesn’t it? Anyway, let’s ignore Alex’s sense of humour and talk about something that is genuinely funny – his new song. It made us laugh that’s for sure, have a listen to it HERE, if you haven’t already.

Sometimes we can’t believe this man has managed to procreate with someone.

Having recently scored their 11^th top ten single, Mollie King and Vanessa White decided to hit the tiles last night in some leg exposing ensembles.

Mollie’s pins seemed to particularly catch the attention of passers-by, so much so that one photographer apparently accidentally bashed into Vanessa while trying to take a picture of her pal’s lengthy assets.

Famously secretive actress Keira Knightley has gone and announced that she is engaged to her boyfriend of 15-months James Righton.

In a statement her no-nonsense sounding spokeswoman said:

"I can confirm that Keira Knightley is engaged to be married to James Righton. We are not discussing any further details."

What, no “they are delighted” or “their families are overjoyed” etc etc? Worse press statement ever.

Anyway, that aside we are happy for Keira and her boyfriend – a keyboardist in The Klaxons – who met through Alexa Chung.

Bet you she’ll be get married in some period costume of some sorts.

Robert Pattinson poses in Cannes as its rumoured hell be starring in Hunger Games sequel

As he posed in Cannes to promote his role in David Cronenberg’s Cosmopolis – his big breakaway part following Twilight – news emerged that the actor may have landed a role in another big screen adaptation of a young-adult book franchise.

Apparently he’ll be starring in the Hunger Games sequel as Finnick Odair, a previous winner of the “Hunger Games” who’s supposed to be incredibly handsome and a complete schmoozer.

Leona Lewis announced as second X Factor guest judge

Having scuppered their deal with Dannii Minogue, X Factor producers have been left in an awkward position of having to rope in lots of different guest judges for the time being until they can secure a contract with someone else.

They’ve already enlisted the services of Geri Halliwell (who made a low-key entrance on the red carpet by climbing all over a car) and now Leona Lewis is lending a hand as well (for a hefty sum we should imagine).

She’ll be joining the team – aka Gary, Tulisa and trusty old Louis – in London for the next round of auditions tomorrow. She’s already had practice being a guest judge as she was one on the Swedish version of the show a while back.

Hopefully she’ll be less annoying in the role than Geri and Alexandra Burke, although admittedly that won't be difficult.

Despite a valiant attempt from Kim Kardashian, we feel Jessie J scooped the prize for the best red carpet outfit at last night’s AmFAR gala against AIDS bash in Cannes last night.

The British singer wore a red, leopard print dress for the occasion which was slashed to the arse on one side.

It was eye-catching to say the least, just a tad more so than Kim Kardashian’s own dress choice which also revealed a bit of leg on one side as well as some cleavage.

Well, we doubt KK would’ve worn it if it didn’t.

The party itself was littered with celebrities, including the likes of Paris Hilton, Jolie Richardson, Gerard Butler and Tamara Ecclestone.

Who ever said that romance was dead? Tara Reid certainly doesn’t seem to think it is.

After a marriage that turned out not to be legal and a string of boyfriends, the American Pie actress is now reported to be dating Fawaz Gruosi, a gent 24 years her elder.

The couple were seen ‘looking intimate’ at the Lady Joy Boat Party in Cannes, where they mingled with the likes of P Diddy and Eva Longoria.

We’re not entirely sure why Tara is even in Cannes, it’s not like she really does much film-wise these days (American Pie: The Reunion doesn’t count).

Anyway she certainly seems to be making the most of her time there, she’s been partying hard every night and she’s even managed to snag herself a real babe. Who cares if he looks old enough to be her granddad, age is just a number, right?

Perrie Edwards speaks about her relationship with Zayn Malik for the first time

Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards has broken her silence about her relationship with One Direction star Zayn Malik.

While on This Morning, she said: "Obviously we are together, and everyone knows that now. I'm really, really happy."

She revealed that she thinks it’s good dating someone in the same field as her: "It's kind of good, in a good way. We (in Little Mix) think it's better! You're more understanding because you 'get it' and it's more exciting when you see each other."

Well it’s good she thinks that because her boyf is currently touring in the States, so it’s gonna be a while until she’s back in his arms again. 

Luckily she’s got her gals to keep her company: "We work hard but that's what's fun about being in a girl group, we have a laugh. We're always giggling, even if we're just chilling in the studio we can't stop laughing, just all the time so it's fun."

John Travoltas wife has apparently left him, as his cross-dressing past is revealed

First John Travolta was accused of sexually assaulting a male masseur and then a second masseur accused him all over again and now photos have surfaced of him cross-dressing.

And it seems the pictures, which were published in the National Enquirer, were the straw that broke the camels back for John’s wife of twenty years, Kelly.

The pictures are apparently from a party in LA in 1997 and not for a film role (he appeared in drag for his role in Hairspray).

A ‘friend’ of Kelly Preston said: 'Kelly told me their marriage is over and made it clear that she's no longer living in the family home.

'She's put up with John's double life for decades while his behaviour remained in the shadows.

'But all this coming out in public has humiliated her. Kelly is absolutely destroyed.'

Oh dear. Although both masseurs have now withdrawn their claims, it seems like scandals surronding John are just going to keep on rearing their ugly heads for a while to come yet.

Now Justin Timberlake is a hotshot actor we had kind of forgotten that he used to be singer. Actually we remembered when we saw Justin Bieber’s Boyfriend video but that’s beside the point.

The former N-Sync heartthrob is apparently planning on composing tracks for his fiancée Jessica Biel’s next film. We’re hoping composing also means singing.

The film in question is The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea, which Jessica is set to both produce and star in.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Chloe Grace Moretz are also due to star in the film, which we think sounds like a shitty horror from the title.

What we really care about is the fact that JT will me making music for the first time in six years. His last album, FutureSex/LoveSounds, was in 2006, god we feel old.

Even if her temperament isn’t bright, Kristen Stewart’s trousers certainly were when she arrived for her first official photocall in Cannes a short time ago.

The actress was promoting her upcoming film On The Road, based on the famous book by beat poet Jack Kerouac, when she stepped out in these erm, funky appendages earlier.

We expect we’ll be seeing Kirsten in a fancy frock or two in the coming days while at the film festival, a prospect we know she’s not at all happy about.

“I hate gowns so much” said Kristen when talking about all the premieres she has to attend. “Just wear them once and give them back. After the opening, I go home."

P Diddy’s annual yacht party in Cannes is always one of the most talked about events of the festival, and last night Kelly Brook decided to make herself the most talked about celeb there by turning up in what was essentially a big white coat with a leotard underneath. Oh, and plus she wore some tights with a tattoo motif on one leg.

We’re not sure what Kelly was thinking when she slipped this outfit on to be honest on as it kind of looks like the sort of thing Pamela Anderson would wear. We think it says something that Paris Hilton, who also attended the bash, looked significantly classier than her.

Whenever Cheryl Cole releases a song about a relationship that has gone awry, people always inevitably speculate that it’s been penned about her ex-husband Ashley.

As seems to be the case with her latest tune Love Killer, which is nice enough and includes the lyrics:

2012 FiFi Awards: The Show, The Winners

Saluting the best in the world of fragrances, the stars were out for the 2012 FiFi Awards at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday night (May 21).

Among those partaking in the annual event was "Glee" actress Jane Lynch, who looked lovely in a custom cream Mugler jacket and navy pants as she tended to her duties as host of the scent honoring ceremony.

Meanwhile, "Fashion Star" fashionista Nicole Richie mingled with fellow attendee Michelle Monaghan in the arrivals area before taking to the podium to present FiFi for Men's Nouveau Niche scent accolades to Tom Ford Jasmine Rouge.

With other famous faces including Martha Stewart, Jessica Stam and Mariska Hargitay also in attendance, a few highlights of the evening included Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel being inducted into Fragrance Hall of Fame and Justin Bieber nabbing the 2012 "Elizabeth Taylor Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award" for his popular scent Someday.

Lady Gaga “Born This Way Ball” Concert in Manila Might Not Have a Second Night If...

Lady Gaga’s 2-night “Born this Way Ball” World Tour concert at the SM Arena in SM Mall of Asia Complex might not be given the permit to stage a second night performance.

According to Atty. Ray Glenn Agranzamendez, Secretary of Pasay City Mayor Tony Calixto, they will monitor the first night performance of Lady Gaga tonight, May 21, to ensure that she refrains from conduct which may be offensive to religion, morals and good customs.

If she failed to honor the permit given to the concert which states that the artist should follow all the laws and ordinances of the Pasay City, Lady Gaga may not get a permit from the city government to perform on the scheduled second night performance in the same venue tomorrow, May 22.

"Kung magpakita sila ng mga bagay na nakaka-offend sa atin o sa kaisipan ng mga tao rito, baka po makansela ‘yung pangalawang show," Agranzamendez said in an interview on dzMM Teleradyo.

The concert organizers, meanwhile, said they will try to “stay away from controversial songs” like Judas which religious groups and other protesters claimed as a direct insult to Jesus.

Daniel Craig once again stars as the British super spy, his third Bond movie in a row coming off “Quantum of Solace” and “Casino Royale.”
