Even though Kate Hudson was a vision of sophistication and elegance at the opening of the Venice Film Festival final evening, her fiancé Matt Bellamy just looked like an awkward teenager trying to search amazing while getting dragged along the red carpet by his somewhat irritated mom.
Also harsh? Really quite possibly yes. Anyway speaking of mothers, Matt has been speaking this week about the birth of his and Kate&rsquos son Bingham Bellamy (what a seamless link eh?). Going into possibly additional detail than we would have wished him to, Matt mentioned :
&ldquoOh yeah, I was there at the birth. I was viewing the full thing. I was holding her leg up when she pushed him out. She didn't want me to observe but I was there, getting my hands dirty, so to converse."
And just like that the prospect of obtaining a mid-morning snack has gone right out of the window.
Elsewhere at the glitzy film festival yesterday, Naomi Watts turned up with Liev Schreiber and some girl arrived in a Jordan&rsquos wedding dress from the time she married Peter Andre.
