Acquiring spent some time with her dad not too long ago, Suri Cruise is now back in the care of her mom Katie Holmes and it&rsquos fair to say the former Dawson&rsquos Creek actress couldn&rsquot appear happier about it.
The star took her tiny a single, and a pal, to an Alice and Wonderland themed eatery in New York yesterday for the afternoon. Katie and Suri also not too long ago returned from a trip to Ohio to see family members, and current reports recommended that it was the initial time the two had taken the journey together as Tom had always banned his now ex-wife from taking his daughter there.
Even so angry sources shut to the actor hit back at individuals rumours this weekend, saying:
&ldquoTo say Tom prevented anything at all is a gross lie. He not only didn't avert [Suri possessing a partnership with Holmes' family members ] but encouraged it and paid for it!"
"The first many birthday events Katie and Tom threw for Suri had the family and cousins come to town &ndash all expenses have been paid for by Tom."
