The 24- year -old was spotted whizzing around town with Oprah in the passenger seat and the two stars shared the snap of them on a tour of Barbados.
Rihanna &ndash who is gearing up for an upcoming episode of Oprah's Subsequent Chapter &ndash wrote on Twitter: " Search who popped up in my hometown Barbados... Leading notch."
Meanwhile Oprah tweeted: "What a refreshing shock she is!... Rihanna interview is August 19th. Did not want to compete with Olympics! But well worth the wait. She brought it!"
Apparently viewers get to see within Rihanna's household as part of the programme which is rumoured to open up about her connection with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
Oprah committed an entire episode to domestic violence soon after the Chris assaulted Rihanna in 2009.
