It’s been reported that The Only Way Is Essex stars Joey Essex and Sam Faiers are planning to leave the show in favour of their own series.
Nooo, how can Mr Essex himself leave TOWIE?
Apparently the couple, who began dating last year, see themselves as the next Katie Price and Peter Andre.
Last week the reality stars were reportedly spotted discussing their plans in a posh London hotel.
An insider revealed: “Sam and Joey were talking about how they were going to do their own spin-off show and how they’d love it to be on ITV2.
“Joey said he thought Sam would be perfect starring in her own show and that people would finally get to see her funny side.”
Sam has admitted herself that it could be time to move on, she said: “I’ve done five series so there will come a time when I leave.
“I don’t want to be there with no new storylines because I’ve already done everything I can do.”
To be fair she has done a lot and achieved a lot since her time on the show, so perhaps it wouldn’t be all bad if she left.
She does have some reservations though it seems. The insider said: “Sam was insistent she didn’t want to come across as stupid in the show — that was her main focus.
“They both seemed very excited by the new venture.”
So come on then, what do you think about the idea? Joey’s manager hasn’t exactly denied it either, saying: “There is nothing official being discussed yet and there are no plans for Joey to go anywhere at the minute.
“But the guys may chat about ideas they have.”
We’re not happy about this, no not happy at all.
