Zayn Malik has been accused of trying to convert One Direction fans to Islam.
The 19-year-old has become the victim of some loopy American woman’s latest blog where she says he is using Twitter and his tattoos to promote the religion.
Some of the stuff Debbie Schlussel wrote includes that he posted a message about fasting for Ramadan, and told fans that Allah is the only god and that only Mohammed is God’s true prophet.
She then went on to say: “Keep your daughters away from Zayn Malik’s enticing jihad.
Bit harsh.
Debbie also stated that the only direction Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Niall Horan are facing is Mecca.
Um…we see what you tried to do there but, no.
The writer claimed that Zayn had been chosen to be the “Islamic face” of the band because record companies knew “that Islam sells in Britain”.
