Now they are living in the UK, well for the time being any way, it’s only right that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie try some of our most loved food.
And that’s exactly what they did on Thursday evening, they went out for a boozy curry with a bunch of close friends and their bodyguards.
Being pretty much the richest people on earth, they didn’t just have a cheap rice dish and a few poopadoms, they managed to spend a whopping £3000.
Apparently they ordered nearly every dish on the menu at the restaurant called Mogul near their Surrey home, as well as hell of a lot of wine and champagne to wash it down with.
In total the bill came to £2,935 and they left a rather generous £733.75 tip.
A source said: “The staff couldn’t believe it when Brad and Angelina Jolie walked in — they’d been given no prior warning.
“There were five friends and two of their bodyguards there and they ordered a mountain of food and booze. It might seem hard to believe that they ran up a bill of nearly £3,000 at a normal curry house but they are really generous and extravagant.”
Unfortunately the super a-list couple refused to pose for a photograph, which we can understand really. No one wants a pic when they’ve just stuffed themselves with a cuzza.
The source added: “They said that they were just relaxing and would do one next time they came in.”
It’s been reported that the Jolie-Pitt’s have also ordered a few takeaways from there during their stay.
The curry house is clearly the place to be because Russell Crowe apparently used to go there up to six times a fortnight when he was staying in Surrey. That’s slightly excessive but each to their own.
