Excuse us while we do a tiny little wee will you?

Okay done, right as you can see we’re just a tad excited by the prospect of Gary Barlow’s impending duet for the Queen.

No, they’re not singing for Louis Walsh – the two will be supposedly performing at the Diamond Jubilee concert this weekend.

The last time round the pair were due to sing together Cheryl had to pull out at the last minute due to illness so we hope the now not-so-surprise performance will finally be pulled off.

Gary – who appeared on Radio One earlier to talk about the concert – was trying to keep the surprise duet under wraps however the tabloids have gone and scuppered it today by revealing the secret.

The Take That star seems pretty excied about the Jubilee and has been gushing endlessly about the Queen in the run up to it. Earlier this week he said:

"She's surrounded by this powerful aura but it's an aura that feels warm, good and nice. I've met some powerful people in my life and there's often a darkness you get with power. Not with the Queen. You never get the feeling that she has abused her power."

He’s really gunning for that knighthood isn’t he?
