Justin Bieber sued for $9million by woman claiming screaming fans destroyed her ears

We&rsquore in fact surprised Justin Bieber hasn&rsquot been sued for one thing similar prior to. His annoying ditties are adequate to destroy anyone &rsquos ears.

Oh, what&rsquos that? It was really the screaming supporters who did the injury not Biebs.  Oh nicely.

A lady, Stacey Wilson Betts, is claiming her hearing has been permanently broken soon after she took her daughter to a single of Justin&rsquos concerts in July 2010.

And mainly because it&rsquos America she&rsquos suing him, his label Island Def Jam Records, the concert promoter and the arena for a staggering $9.23 million in damages.

In the lawsuit she says: &lsquoI was injured by a sound blast that exceeded secure decibel levels. I suffer hearing reduction, tinnitus and hyperacusis in the two ears.&rsquo

She goes on to say the preliminary screaming was bad adequate but it received significantly worse when he was pulled into the crowd in a &lsquoheart- form aluminium/steel gondola&rsquo. Wow, does he actually do that?

Anyway the lawsuit alleged that Bieber &lsquocreated a wave like impact of screaming by pointing into several sections of the arena.&rsquo

He &lsquothen enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.&rsquo

She also claims: &lsquoThe gondola that Justin Bieber was suspended in acted as a sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged each of my ears.&rsquo

She&rsquos genuinely considered about this, hasn&rsquot she? The tinnitus she&rsquos suffered has resulted in &lsquoanxiety, loss of sleep, and depression.&rsquo

We don&rsquot know why but we&rsquove got a feeling she&rsquos not going to be successful, just a hunch. If nothing at all else she may end up finding a song written about him a la Mariah Yeater, you under no circumstances know.
