Singer Pete Doherty has been thrown off a drug rehab programme based mostly in Thailand for becoming a disruptive influence on other addicts.

He cancelled upcoming gigs to fly to a remote jungle clinic three weeks ago, as a final resort to get rid of his crack cocaine and heroin addiction.

But now it&rsquos believed that he has been so disruptive that drug counsellors forced him to leave halfway by means of his intense therapy.

Pete, who is 33, went to The Cabin in Chiang Mai, escorted by his manager Andy Boyd. Nevertheless it&rsquos considered he has currently boarded a flight property.

According to the Every day Mail, at initial he was responding to his treatment, but in recent days his behaviour became challenging.

Programme Director at the centre, Alastair Mordey, had this to say: 'Pete was discharged nowadays for therapeutic causes.

'It is significant to preserve the integrity of the remedy programme for the other consumers to have a great possibility of recovery.

&lsquoPete understands this and thus the motives behind why we have asked him to leave.'

He additional : 'Although our parting with Pete is amicable, we are of course disappointed to see him leave. We hope some of the factors he has learnt here will assistance him in the future and appear forward to the day when Pete decides to consider recovery again.'
