While Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries can’t seem to agree on how to resolve their failed 72-day marriage, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have bashed out a settlement in a week.
Katie will reportedly get primary custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri.
The 33-year-old actress and the 50-year-old star – who split late last month after five years of marriage – laid down their paperwork earlier today (09.07.12), and insiders believe the Dawson’s Creek actress will continue to live with their child in New York City.
Katie and Tom also filed a joint statement through their representatives, which read: "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."
Aw how sweet.
Now, when will this silly Kim and Kris business finally be laid to rest?
